I declare the stirring & release of FRESH waters POURING forth from the inside of your being. God is ENCOUNTERING you, AWAKENING you, the RIVERS of living water are flowing over you. I break spiritual DRYNESS off your life in Jesus' name. I bind any anti-anointing SPIRIT assigned against you to hinder the FLOW. I call forth the WATERS of REFRESHING upon your LIFE, your ASSIGNMENT--these are not STAGNANT waters of OLD things that have DRIED up but these are FRESH WATERS, fresh LIFE, fresh ENCOUNTER and personal awakening in Jesus' name. Lord RELEASE the LIVING WATERS in Jesus' name. I say BE BLESSED, be REFRESHED, be RENEWED--you are coming into the NEW, the NEXT in Jesus' name!
